1. CM PHASE ONE aka CARTOON MOJO LLC (Known from hereon as CM1) is a free online broadcasting service.
2. Videos will be provided by creator and/or producer and/or valid agent/s or representative/s of creator. (Known from hereon as CONTRIBUTOR)
SECTION ONE - WHAT CM1 WILL PROVIDE TO CONTRIBUTOR:
1. Broadcast content provided by contributor on Cartoon Mojo.
2. Video statistics including synopsis and production information.
3. Publicity in the form of Hyperlinks and news via weblog or social network as mutually agreed upon and drafted by CM1 and Contributor.
4. Reasonable security from piracy, illegal reproduction of contributor content.
SECTION TWO - CM1 WILL NOT:
1. Censor videos for content and/or theme but reserves the right to screen videos for gratuitous nudity, violence and language.
2. Claim ownership in part or whole of contributor's creations, videos, publicity materials, websites, weblogs, social networking sites during the duration of the agreement.
SECTION THREE - PUBLICITY, OPERATING COSTS, ADVERTISING.
CM1 reserves the right to use content for publicity purposes. CM1 will absorb all operating costs including web hosting, bandwidth and advertising. Consequently, CM1 has the right to secure advertising profit in order to cover operating costs, publicty and advertising. To secure such services, CM1 reserves the right to use content for promotion, publicity and advertising.
LENGTH OF AGREEMENT:
At any time, CM1 and CONTRIBUTOR reserve the right to individually or mutually terminate the agreement at which time, CM1 will cease broadcast of contributor content along with services indicated on SECTION ONE. Contributor will express in writing their desire to terminate the agreement and copies of the terminated agreement will be provided for contributor's records. If CM1 terminates the agreement, CM1 will provide a copy of terminated agreement for contributor's records.
EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE:
CM1 and CONTRIBUTOR will enter into agreement for each viable form of content submitted and will be remain exclusive during the duration of the agreement.
